PRESENTATION AND TECHNICAL DETAILS

The ensemble consists of two blocks of apartments, 73 apartments altogether including studio apartments, and one and two bedroom apartments on four floors (P+2 floors+garret), the semi-basement is going to be reserved for parking space and utility rooms.

The buildings will be placed on the land as follows: the first block (B1) will be placed in line with Valea  Girbaului Street on the western side of the land, and the second block is going to be situated at right angles (perpendicular) to  Valea  Girbaului Street at some 11 m from the first block.

The main entrance to the ensemble is from Valea  Girbaului Street and is a 2 minute walk from the Polus shopping centre.

It will have all utilities: running water, sewerage, gas, electricity, cable system and telephone lines.

The buildings will have a concrete foundation, brick walls, insulated from the outside, the roof type is Lindab.

On the outside the finishing will be plasterwork type Baumit and Granopor.

The entrance doors of the blocks as well as the stairway windows will be from PVC and thermo pan. The stairways and halls will be finished with tiles and the banisters from metal.

The parking space at the semi-basement will have a common access way with a door operated by remote control.

Sidewalks will be built to the block entrances as well as to the parking plots.

All the apartments will have: white PVC windows with thermo pan, metallic entrance doors, no inside doors, no tiles, no parquet. With the heating system installed, radiators, the gas installed according to  plan the electricity in the apartments but no plugs and switches.

The deadline for the blocks is March 2009.

This is an investment with a very good potential as it is situated by the river Sf Ion and has a very attractive view to the South and East.
