A traditional stone built village house in Harghita county, 12 kms from Odorheiu-Secuiesc, within easy reach of the international E60 road.

This house has three main rooms, a cellar, attic space plus a barn and outside storage building.  The land totals about 2,000 sqm.  The garden has mature fruit trees and open views to the surrounding countryside.  The roof of the barn needs substantial repair.

The village does not yet have mains sewage or gas, but electricity is connected and water is available from a well.  The road to the village is still partly unmade, but most village roads are now being resurfaced with European funds.

Clearly this was a good quality property built in stone, but in need of renovation and improvements.
