Hello and welcome to Romtrade Consult SRL an
English owned company created with the specific intention of assisting
those overseas with acquiring a property in Romania.
When we first moved to
Transylvania in December 2004, we really didn't know what to expect but we
soon became enamoured with the culture, beauty and people of this truly diverse country. Now that we
are part of the EU we are seeing first hand the improvements that are
being made in this area, such as the road networks, hospitals and
facilities, etc. We have settled happily here and couldn't envisage living elsewhere.

Who we
are:
Michael
Beckerman BA (Hons)
Michael is
English and has had fifteen years experience in the UK in company formation and property acquisition. He
specialises in business plans and prospectuses for public offers and is
able to advise on most aspects of business.
Michael's knowledge of how to purchase property in Romania, whilst
avoiding any pitfalls is extremely comprehensive. He can also
oversee any renovation or repairs that may be required as well as
discuss insurance concerns and incorporate a Romanian company for you if
required.
Eniko Mihaly
Eniko worked for a large
company in Odorheiu-Secuiesc, Romania as the Personal Assistant to the
Managing Director for 18 years. She is fluent in
English, Hungarian and Romanian and now works for Romtrade Consult as the
secretary/customer liaison assistant.
Other members of our staff include Julie Holland and Bogdan Popescu who help us
in locating property for our clients.
All of our team speak English (and certain members can speak a variety of other languages including French and German) and would be very happy to assist in any way that we can. Qualified references can be supplied on request.
